Betty Odak

Biography:
Born and raised in Kenya, Betty Odak came to America in 1995 to continue her education. She holds a master's degree in psychology from Hope International University, Fullerton, and is currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program for industrial and organizational psychology. Odak is the founder and editor of an online magazine Beyond Cross Cultural Magazine, Inc, (http://bcultural.org), a non-profit organization that supports foreigners coming to US for the first time and informing all multicultural people of different issues, including: finances, relationships, immigration laws, cultural issues, and adjustment. Odak works with emotionally, physically, sexually, and psychologically abused and neglected children in a group home setting. She lives with her family in Redlands, California.
